Appointment Reminders | ||

We can offer both email and SMS reminders of appointments which are sent 2 working days before your appointment. This is turned on by default for SMS messages if you provide a mobile phone contact number but not for email due to current Unsolicited Commercial Email legislation - just a quick email to info@breezedentalclinic.co.uk and this can be enabled.
If you'd rather not receive SMS but still want to use a mobile phone as your contact number, just let us know and we can disable it for you. We've found that the SMS reminder service has been very well received and that the number of failed appointments has been reduced - this means that waiting lists are kept as short as possible. Please remember however, that this is a supplied as a courtesy and should not be relied on as the only method of appointment reminder. |  | |
Payment | ||

Payment for treatment can be staggered across your visits but should be completed in full before your final treatment appointment. If you receive free treatment we are required to ask for proof of Benefit.
In line with NHS regulations we may make a charge for missed or late cancelled appointments. This applies to all patients. | ||
Emergency Service | ||
|
The Clinic participates in the Ayrshire and Arran Emergency Rota.
Registered patients who have a problem should call 01292-311544 during surgery hours. Contact the clinic as early in the day as possible to be guaranteed a quick appointment. After 6pm on weekdays, during the weekend and on Designated Public Holidays the Emergency number is 08454-242424. This service provides advice and emergency treatment if required for patients in acute pain. | ||
